Absolutely everyone that had anything whatsoever to do with your company not only conducted themselves in a professional capacity but helped, aided and assisted us in making the right choices with everything from product selection to the accessories!
Having had to deal with contractors many times in the past it was a welcome surprise to have a team of professionals do a fantastic job. They were on time every time!! They would let us know when they were coming and when they would return. As the job progressed they made suggestions that had spectacular results. They even cleaned up after themselves everyday!!
Onyx Construction is always 20/20. I am sure that had we selected another company to do our bathroom that we would have had to deal with a lot of grief and aggravation because of the surprises that materialized as the job progressed. in our case your team of experts tackled each and every problem that materialized then let us know what the problem had been.

Customer Feedback: We hired Onyx Construction in 2007 to complete a porch and deck for us. The project was huge but done within the three weeks it was promised. Michael's staff started by 8am and stayed at least 9 hours daily. Michael came by often but also has full confidence in his staff, including his great electrician, and they are as friendly and professional as Michael. The most impressive quality Onyx Construction portrays is their pride in their work.
When asked for Michael's ideas he gave a couple ideas and told us the pros and cons of both and let us decide. We had a hard time deciding the materials for the inside of the porch and so we asked Michael to do what he thought looked best, the results are amazing (the white porch is on his site). Due to Michael's attention to detail and pride in his work he is also completing a rehab project on an out of area condo for us.
We interviewed other contractors and realized we would have to run to the condo every weekend to check on their work. We called Michael and he accepted the project. We know Michael is pickier than we are and we have not gone to check on the status of the project once. We told him the things that were important to us and let him use his discretion on the rest. If we leave a message or have a question he returns our calls immediately.
Our dream is to one day have Onyx Construction build us a custom dream home.

We are currently working on the bathroom remodeling for an owner of the single house in Bucks County. He had an outdated 24-year old bathroom and shower.
